Job Title: Senior Specialist, Field Marketing (Life Sciences) Job Description: Job Title: Senior Specialist, Field Marketing (Life Sciences) The Role We are seeking a dynamic Field Solutions Marketing Specialist to join our Life Sciences business unit. Ideally based in Billerica, MA, this role goes beyond traditional field marketing support-you will own the end-to-end execution of events, identify and build new partner and channel opportunities, and proactively design initiatives that fuel growth. As part of an established company'sfast-moving, start-up-like team, you will have the opportunity to help shape thefuture strategy and visionof Life Sciences at Entegris. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking will directly influence how we engage with customers, drive innovation, and expand our market presence. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own and Execute Full-Scale Events Take ownership of the planning, execution, and post-event strategy for trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events. Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact experiences that generate new opportunities and deepen customer engagement. Drive New Growth Opportunities Identify and develop new sales and channel partnerships to expand reach and accelerate adoption of our solutions. Explore and test emerging marketing channels, bringing forward innovative approaches to engage with target audiences. Shape Strategy in a Start-Up-Like Team Collaborate with leadership to help define the Life Sciences growth strategy and contribute to long-term vision. Bring entrepreneurial energy, testing new ideas, learning quickly, and scaling what works to position Entegris for future success. Contribute Fresh Ideas and Build Thought Leadership Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously bring new ideas for content, campaigns, and customer engagement. Build value-based messaging and thought leadership content that positions Entegris as a trusted partner in Life Sciences. Measure the impact of marketing activities, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts. WHAT WE SEEK A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as life sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering. 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or related roles. Background in life sciences, especially Pharma/BioPharma, is highly desirable. Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics. Strong track record of planning, owning, and executing trade shows, conferences, and/or customer-facing events. A creative, proactive marketer with the ability to design and implement new initiatives, develop partnerships, and generate fresh ideas. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of (or strong desire to learn) the Pharma/BioPharma market, including buyer behavior and effective communication channels. Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
