Education
Bachelors of Finance (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
Mortgage and/or loan closing experience of 3 years required
Thorough understanding of Portfolio and Agency closing guidelines, including but not limited to FHA, VA, FNMA and USDA Ability to manage a closing pipeline, meet strict time deadlines and work independently under pressure Detail oriented and able to follow set guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
