Job Location: North Liberty, IN Hydro employees can enjoy several benefits including: Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plan Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave Starting Rate of pay: $ 31.25-$33.95/hour Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd or 3rd shift Job Responsibilities: Perform all mechanical repairs, analyze problems and plan repairs. Perform all preventative maintenance and communicate needs as to parts necessary and help determine priority. Ability to read and interpret blueprints to both set-up machinery and to fabricate parts as required to possible close tolerances. Demonstrate the ability to efficiently use various maintenance tools, including but not limited to saws, mills, lathes, grinders, shop equipment, power hand tools. Demonstrate the ability to perform basic electrical repairs on machinery and equipment up to 480V AC/DC. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of technical school including hydraulics, pneumatics & basic electrical preferred but not required.
