This position reports to Business Process Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Each day, you will guide the Business Process Owner and IS team for the implementation of the business process application solution. You will also showcase your expertise by working closely with all process stakeholders. The work model for the role is Onsite in Selmer, TN. #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: * Serve as a translator between business and IT, aligning business needs with IT capabilities. * Analyze and synthesize information from various stakeholders to elicit actual needs. * Develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy in line with business objectives and manage improvement projects. * Create and maintain Business Analysis procedures and ensure they are executed and auditable. * Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO peers, risk managers, and key stakeholders for quality project execution. * Oversee critical project phases including planning, requirement definition, and process analysis, ensuring effective handoffs and issue resolution. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science 4 year accredited degree and 8 years of experience within Computer Science related role. Else 12 years of same experience without degree. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for mid to large size projects Analyze and synthesize stakeholder information to identify actual needs and facilitate communication. Configure and troubleshoot ERP applications within the system landscape environment. Apply business improvement and change management knowledge to projects. Understand and utilize operational and financial metrics effectively. Communicate and lead effectively with strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
