Job Purpose

To be responsible for shaping and project managing a coherent business transformation program, scoping and managing the program to successful completion with full benefits realization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Creation of the reporting and governance templates and documentation that will support the process.
  • Articulate the required business transformation and planning, coordinating and aligning all relevant activities including organization design, processes, systems, customer and governance.
  • Develop the phasing of the required transformational change activities and engaging with the relevant stakeholders in order to define a robust transformation program.
  • Create the appropriate governance mechanisms to ensure the design of proposed processes and systems are aligned to and support the creation of the desired target state and culture.
  • Responsible for the creation of a single view of the transformation program as a whole, defining the framework to measure success, assessing the overall impact on the business and its ability or readiness to accept and manage the proposed changes.
  • Responsible for managing the overall transformation program risks, issues and interdependence.
Qualifications

AAA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
AAA Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification with a strong understanding of the CCMP framework and its application in change management.
AAA Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large organization.
AAA Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
AAA Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Annual Salary

$141,000-$166,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
