Shift: Monday - Friday

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm CST

Office Location: Remote - w/ Occational Travel to Illionis

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000


What You Need to Know

LOCATION: This is a remote position must reside in IL or New York, with Occational travel to Chicago, IL.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Floating between branches within a region on an as-needed basis. Onboarding and training new back-office positions within the branch. Act as a mentor/buddy for the new leader. As necessary responsible for acting as the branch leader and the administration of all business functions of an agency, including a budget, assurance of adherence to policies and procedures, billing and collections, quality improvement, compliance, and business development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day to day support and training for new branch positions and key oversight of the onboarding training plan
  • Onboarding and specific operations skills training according to the position training plan
  • Identifies areas of improvement for new leaders and offers suggestions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity and provide ongoing consultation with regional leaders regarding the progress of new leaders during the onboarding phase
  • Serve as the acting director for PCS locations when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:

  • 5 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor or administrative experience in the health care delivery field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience as an administrator/director in a homecare environment preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations
  • Fluency with financial and budgetary documents with demonstrated ability to improve revenue and develop business opportunities
  • Strong business development skills, including use of sales and marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of geographic territory
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes
  • Strong project/process management skills
  • Ability to create complex documents, spreadsheet analysis models, and advanced graphics
  • Excellent ability to draft, edit, and proofread internal and external correspondence, ensure files are organized, manage electronic schedule as appropriate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal/listening skills, values people as the most precious resource, identifying ways of creating an environment that motivates staff toward improved performance, ability to maintain professional "manager-staff" relationships
  • Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic
