Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of People Development to lead and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and performance. This role will report through the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Expertise and work closely with leadership teams and HR partners to design, deliver, and assess leadership solutions and training that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and productivity. The Senior Manager will oversee the development of leadership programs and employee skill development initiatives, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet current and future business needs. Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership Development: Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs and solutions that cultivate strong, high-performing leaders at all levels of the organization. Ability to scale and deliver to large and small groups. Talent Development: Develop tailored employee development and coaching programs that focus on enhancing interpersonal and leadership skills, with an emphasis on career growth and professional development. Learning Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize learning needs and objectives to align with the organization's strategic goals. Employee Engagement: Partner with HR teams to develop initiatives that boost employee engagement through development, mentorship programs, development opportunities, and career growth pathways. Performance Management: Design and facilitate programs to support performance management, including coaching, feedback, and employee growth plans. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze solution effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs), employee feedback, and business outcomes to continuously improve solutions. Collaboration: Work with HR partners and business leaders to create a cohesive talent management strategy that promotes employee retention and career development. Vendor and Content Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants to ensure effective and high-quality learning solutions. Education and Experience Profile

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Work EnvironmentWorking conditions are normal for an office environment. We operate on a hybrid work scheduled. Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday through Thursday in office.
