Description
General Purpose Under supervision, provides on-site support of computers, associated software, printers, scanners and network devices that includes installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware/software systems and external peripherals. Interprets problems and provides technical support for hardware, software and systems. This individual provides on-site and remote support in branch and field offices. Working Conditions Working Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Travel to meetings and branch locations on a regular basis may be necessary. Physical Activities: These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 25 lbs.
