The resin technician position is responsible for manufacturing resin (solvent acrylics and alkyds) and latex products. The total job is made up of four basic job components. The components for the resin technician job are Process Control, Filtering, Process Floor and Loading, and in-process and finished product testing. The person must also participate individually and/or as a group in team settings, employee training, presentations and other activities that are essential to the attainment of the team, plant, and/or site goals. Additional Information: Night Shift: 12-hour shift (7:00 pm to 7:30 am) - Pitman schedule This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
