Director of Facility Programming

Location: MCI Framingham - Framingham, MA

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Director of Facility Programming is responsible for the direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site. This position works closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• Bachelors Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
