The role is based in Memphis, TN (onsite). Be part of a site expanding predictive programs of vibration, high speed motion capturing camera, motor circuit analysis, ultrasound, infrared thermography, and oil analysis. Your potential is our inspiration.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead effort to program new site wide key performance indicator database to track asset health of equipment to drive plant production

• Create capital request to engineer out equipment failure modes on sites top critical equipment

• Help to drive capital project execution and design for site bad actors

• Review and document past OEE losses to equipment functional locations to help with capital justification

• Develop new Power Apps to help with inventory, training, and other needs of department to utilize barcode/QR codes in plant

• Mentor and coach operators in training of new operator rounds, utilizing precision maintenance techniques

• Investigate root cause analysis of equipment failures on site

• Gather and input equipment specifications into MCA, UE, Vibe, Lube, and IR software to help with analysis of equipment failure

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program working towards a Bachelor's degree

• Entering into or currently enrolled as a Sophomore - Senior academic year classification

How Would You Stand Out?

• Preference given to candidates with degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; candidates with a Chemical Engineering background will also be considered.
