THE JOB:

The Workforce Management Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Workforce Management department. This includes monitoring and assessing staffing levels, business volume efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the property. The role demands a solid background in information technology, process improvement, and statistical analysis.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations of Workforce Management, ensuring optimal staffing, business efficiency, and guest satisfaction across the property
• Implement departmental policies and contribute to strategic planning aligned with divisional goals
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and team development to promote a collaborative and performance-driven environment
• Manage scheduling processes, vacation quotas, and FTE targets across all departments
• Analyze staffing data and collaborate with finance to recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Audit Virtual Roster/Kronos and generate reports to support decision-making and operational improvements
• Adjust staffing for special events, high-volume days, and tournaments, ensuring union compliance
• Guide department leaders on scheduling, labor management, and leave-related issues
• Serve as acting Director in their absence and support related duties as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of relevant experience, Workforce Management preferred
• Property Financial Planning experience
• Familiarity with Labor metrics, planning and regulations
• Exceptional collaboration, customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
