Sr. Software Test Engineer

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

Responsible for the overall quality of IT projects and changes through execution of all aspects of the Software Development and Testing Life Cycle. Adhere to Enterprise Software Delivery Methodology. Lead, develop, monitor, and execute test activities for small- to medium-size projects. Work closely with development and business partners across time zones to ensure timely collaboration and resolution. Develop and build automation test suite via Selenium automation framework. Prepare robust test strategy, test plan, test cases, log defects, and produce status reports. Manage and create test data as per the requirements. Streamline data input. Provide testing support and conduct working troubleshooting sessions with development partners for timely resolution. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Test Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience building automation test suite via Selenium. Requires hands-on experience in regression testing, functional testing, end-to-end testing, and database testing. Requires experience creating test artifacts like test strategy, test plans, test cases, test summary documents, and test status reports. Requires strong background on ETL and data warehouse concepts. Requires in-depth knowledge on RDBMS concepts with SQL skills in Oracle, SQL, and Teradata. Requires hands-on experience in ETL tools like SAP BODS. Requires experience in the banking domain with a strong knowledge of core banking applications like Oracle Flexcube and Fiserv Signature.
