Our client is seeking a skilled *Commercial Alarm Service Technician *to join their team in Ventura County. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial fire, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. This role requires strong *programming *and *troubleshooting *skills, along with experience in commercial settings.
*Responsibilities:* * Program and troubleshoot commercial fire, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. * Service and maintain systems such as EST, DMP, Silent Knight, Firelite, Bosch (Vista series 128/250, Bosch 7000/9000), 2N, Brivo, Lenel, Amag, Kidde, Hanwah, Avigilon, and Exacqvision. * Provide excellent customer service and support to commercial clients in Ventura County. *Skills Required:* * Programming and troubleshooting of fire and alarm systems. * Expertise in access control and CCTV systems. * Strong customer service skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities. * Basic electrical theory knowledge. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with systems such as Vista 128, Vista 250, Bosch 7000, Bosch 9000, and all DMP systems. * Additional experience with access control and CCTV/camera systems is a plus. *Why Join Us?* * Opportunities for career growth and development. * Work with a supportive and dynamic team. * Our client is a national leader in the Fire Life Safety and Burglar Alarm security industry, dedicated to servicing customers with excellence and reliability. *Experience Level:* * Mid to Expert level experience in commercial alarm systems *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
