THE JOB: The Workforce Management Clerk plays a key role in enhancing the scheduling and time-off experience for our internal customers. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The scope of this role includes working with both staff and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the internal guest's experience, delivering on S.H.O.W. Basics to both Staff and Leadership creating WOW memories that last far beyond the moment.
