Summary: The Organizational Development Partneris a strategic partner dedicated exclusively to enhancing organizational effectiveness-by partnering closely with the Talent Business Partner team. This position partners closely with the business groups through the Talent Business Partner to execute learning, culture, and development (LCD) initiatives such as performance elevation, succession planning, leader and career development, employee engagement, and high performing teamwork. Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison and advisor to Talent Business Partner providing support to organizational leadership by consulting on learning, cultural and development to optimize the execution of the talent engine.
- Partner with Talent Business Partner to assess development needs and design tailored training solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
- Bridge broader learning, culture, and development initiatives to integrate into the business group, providing feedback on how to better adapt center of excellence strategies to support the business.
- Facilitation:
- Lead and facilitate engaging virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Create a participatory and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active engagement and knowledge retention.
- Plan, develop, implement, and administer training and development programs for business groups identified by the talent business partner.
- Consultative Support:
- Attends and participates in client meetings and engagements as appropriate.
- Attend Talent Business Partner weekly meetings as extra staff, business specific All Hands, LT meetings, regularly attend ELT meetings as needed to discuss talent items
- Consult with Talent Business Partners on organizational development strategies connecting learning, culture, and development initiatives to seamlessly integrate with the business group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader talent development strategies.
- Advise on measures required to enhance performance, productivity, and effectiveness inside the business group.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain record on business priorities, organizational and individual interventions ensuring clarity of activity and alignment for broader LCD team to stay informed.
- Execute measurement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of LCD initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate the impact of initiatives and adjust content and delivery methods accordingly.

- This role will be required to travel to our main offices in Princeton NJ, Houston Texas, and Lehi/Provo Utah.
Perferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program management.
