How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM Media and AdsWizz are redefining the future of audio advertising. As the Associate Director, Sales Marketing, Global Platforms & Automation, you will spearhead strategic sales marketing initiatives to drive customer adoption and revenue growth for SiriusXM Media's automated solutions (programmatic, retail media networks, and self-service), as well as AdsWizz's cutting-edge adtech platform (DSP, SSP, and automation tools).

What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of advertising and ad-tech experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales marketing strategies to elevate SiriusXM Media among agencies and DSPs, and position AdsWizz as a preferred adtech partner for media buyers of all sizes, global enterprise omnichannel and broadcast publishers, professional podcast publishers, indie creators, and brand marketers.
  • Create and oversee the development of high-impact sales and platform marketing materials-including narratives, pitch decks, one-sheets, webinars, white papers, infographics, and trade sponsorships-to drive adoption on both the demand and supply sides.
  • Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify growth opportunities in programmatic audio, podcasts, connected home and car, retail media, and omnichannel advertising.
  • Partner with Sales Research experts to develop proprietary studies that provide actionable insights for enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to internal teams, agencies, brands, publishers, and at industry events to drive engagement and adoption of programmatic and self-serve ad solutions.
  • Contribute thought leadership through internal newsletters, B2B blogs, and industry trade publications, strengthening brand visibility and positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, product marketing, PR, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize advertiser, agency, and publisher engagement.
  • Equip sales and business teams with training, enablement materials, and marketing programs that address real-time challenges and accelerate adoption of programmatic ad solutions and platform capabilities.
  • Expand industry presence through strategic sponsorships, panel discussions, and thought leadership initiatives at major adtech and programmatic events.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years B2B marketing, sales marketing, or product marketing within advertising, adtech, or programmatic media.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring
  • Technical understanding of the programmatic and ad tech ecosystem
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to accomplish our marketing strategy in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Passion and proven ability to develop compelling original written content, including presentations, short-form content, case studies, webinars, and infographics.
  • Experience translating complex adtech concepts into compelling sales narratives and marketing materials.
  • Strategic thinker, results-oriented leader, and passionate about driving innovation in programmatic advertising.
  • Digital audio advertising, podcasting, streaming media, or global business experience is a plus.
  • BA in English, communications, marketing preferred.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $130,000 to $152,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
