What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Resident Engineer to join our Construction Services team in the Phoenix area! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Phoenix office.

We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. What you'll be challenged to do:
With little or no supervision, acts as Owner Agent to provide construction management and inspection services for a wide variety of projects that may include, transportation and transit facilities. Performs assignments that may not be clearly defined and requires the development of construction documents, procedures, and criteria. Performs oversight of multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $125,000- $165,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
