Value Chain Transformation Owner - Drive
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps in Drives Product division in United States, ensuring continuously improvement in business process harmonization and simplification, upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource to drive business applications fit to purpose and key user community is well trained. The work model for the role is: on-site. #LI-ONSITE This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products in New Berlin, WI. You will be mainly accountable for: *Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions. * Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements. *Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities when applicable *Actively collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, internal and external IS delivery teams to ensure business application solutions robust and reliable. *Follow ABB project management gate model project management guidelines and manage assigned projects with quality. *Learn factory transformation target process and technology; proactively support the solution and drive continuous improvements. *Serve as a process lead in one or more value chain functional area to ensure fit for purpose ERP and non-ERP business system solutions as well as end to end process efficiency.
Qualifications for the role
- 8+ years of experience with SAP, ERP implementation and business process transformation.
- A bachelor's degree or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
- Solid knowledge of SAP MM and WM functionalities and the discrete manufacturing market.
- Knowledge of business process in production, supply chain, sales operation, or quality management.
- Proficient in English spoken and written communication.
- Candidate must already possess a work authorization that would permit them to legally work for ABB in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
- Experience and exposure with Ariba.
