Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Clinical background is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a healthcare organization.
• Experience in a multi-specialty group practice or health system.
• Proven track record of success in leading clinical practices, improving quality, and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and inform strategic decisions.
