*Location: *Los Angeles, CA
*Contract:* 6 month contract to hire *Remote/Hybrid*: Will be fully remote for 6 months (if outside of Los Angeles), upon conversion this person will have to commute to the Los Angeles office Monday-Thursday. *If outside of Los Angeles, this person must be open to relocation upon conversion to meet the in office requirement* *Description* The ServiceNow Administrator will play a critical role in managing and evolving our ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the governance of the company's ServiceNow platform, leading the roadmap for building upon existing capabilities, and driving innovation to introduce new functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring the platform aligns with the company's goals and strategies. *Responsibilities:* * Lead the overall governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and compliance standards. * Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on enhancing existing capabilities and innovating new functionalities. * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and provide solutions that add value to the company. * Manage and optimize ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, with the technical ability to perform configuration changes in ServiceNow itself. * Develop and implement processes for platform configuration and integration with other enterprise systems. * Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. * Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries and issues, offering expert-level support. * Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and user guides. * Liaise with ServiceNow's support and consulting resources for advanced troubleshooting and solution implementation. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a related role. * Certification in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) or equivalent preferred. * Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. * Experience in leading governance and strategic planning for ServiceNow implementations. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
