We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems/Network Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing IT-related challenges in a fast-paced environment.
oProvide on-site support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively. oDiagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. oAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. oTroubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations. oMonitor and maintain server and workstation performance, escalating issues when necessary. oSupport the administration of IT systems such as email, file storage, and security tools. oInventory and Asset Management oTrack and manage IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability. oCoordinate hardware repairs and replacements with vendors or service providers. oWork closely with the IT team to implement upgrades, patches, and new technologies. oParticipate in IT projects, system rollouts, and other organizational initiatives as required. Skills Required: o Experience providing on-site support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively o Experience managing/maintain network and systems infrastructure; Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations, maintain server and workstation performance, administration of IT systems such as email, file storage, and security tools * Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
