Senior Salesforce Administrator Top Skills Details Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flow, Own Backup, Administration, Erpss Seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join a team of 4 in support of two/growing instances. Successful candidate will have ~10 years experience serving as a dedicated Salesforce Admin. Heavy experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows (heavily leveraging custom flows, screen flows, etc.) and Own Backup in addition to Marketing Cloud (highly preferred) and OnceHub. Candidate will be a Certified Administrator at a minimum with preference toward Advanced Admin Cert as well as Sales/Service Cloud Certs. Expected to work Eastern Time and within driving distance to Fort Wayne preferred but must be willing to travel onsite as required (minimum quarterly is expected). Will be expected to mentor junior team members as they join the group (possibility for future advancement to management/lead function as the team grows). Preference will be given to candidates who have shown stability as part of an internal team vs continued consulting engagements here and there as they would like track record of planning for/anticipating future state, releases, changes, etc. and the impacts and continued evolution of the instance/environment. We seek an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with a comprehensive knowledge of integrations and administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. We support 1000+ users of Salesforce across two instances of Salesforce. This candidate will report directly to the Salesforce Application Development Manager and be responsible for system configuration, enhancements, managing service tickets, and working with stakeholders to understand the impact of changes across both of our instances of Salesforce. In this role, you will... Design, optimize, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows. Drive innovation by implementing advanced solutions using Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, and AppExchange Solutions. Monitor and manage our Own Backup instance for all Salesforce Environments Administer and continuously improve Salesforce environments to effectively support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Collaborate with leadership, product owners, and operational teams to clearly understand and address their Salesforce needs. Monitor Salesforce updates and releases closely, clearly communicate enhancements, and rapidly implement relevant new features. Create and maintain detailed documentation and provide comprehensive communication on Salesforce best practices and updates across the organization. Manage our Schedule Once application. Mentor and work closely with junior resources. We are looking for a candidate with... Bachelor's degree in a technology. A minimum of five years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance or Healthcare Liability Insurance (Preferred, not required). Experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce Sales, Service, & Marketing Clouds. Experience with Own Backup. Experience with Schedule Once (Preferred, not required). Understanding of data management concepts like MDM, data quality, data governance. Experience with various integration approaches across a company's ecosystem. Experience working in waterfall and agile methodologies. Experience with Application Development projects in Atlassian Jira Software. Excellent analytical, technical, planning and organizational skills. Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication. Ability to interface with all levels of leadership within an enterprise. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
