IT Infrastructure Manager

Think Consulting is a transformative partner that helps clients bridge the gap between the company they are today and the company they want to become. Founded on the principles of trust and reliability, we approach every challenge with a fighting spirit and the resolve to redefine the standard for excellence. Our team is composed of senior executives with deep experience in Technology and Operations with wide industry knowledge. Simply put, our advisors supercharge transformation and right-structuring.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and decisive professionals with excellent communication and people skills to join our team. Think's team members embody our core values by delivering measurable results that leave clients in a better position than where we met them.

The Opportunity

Think is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Manager. This hybrid role combines leadership of internal IT infrastructure initiatives with hands-on Salesforce customization and development work. The role will also include billable project work for external clients, requiring excellent technical, communication, and project management skills.

How You'll Contribute

  • Manage and maintain company infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, security, and endpoint management.
  • Lead infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
  • Oversee internal system administration, including user access management, backups, and system monitoring.
  • Develop and enforce IT security standards, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for IT systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align IT services with business needs.
  • Document processes, manage vendor relationships, and maintain licensing and compliance standards.

Your Impact at Think

As the IT Infrastructure Manager at Think, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening the foundation of our internal technology environment. Your leadership will ensure that our infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You'll oversee cloud services, cybersecurity practices, system performance, and day-to-day IT operations to support the company's growth and efficiency.

While primarily focused on internal initiatives, you may also assist with occasional technical support for client-facing projects, contributing your expertise to strengthen Think's reputation as a trusted technology partner. At Think, your work will help drive operational excellence, promote a secure and scalable environment, and support our mission of delivering lasting value in an evolving digital landscape.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure (cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, systems administration).
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
  • Experience managing internal systems such as SSO (Single Sign-On), backup and recovery, and endpoint security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification or experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) a plus.

What You'll Get at Think

Think offers a hybrid working environment for employees, with the potential for occasional travel to client sites when required. In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll receive full benefits for you and your dependents, a competitive 401k non-elective contribution, and a generous PTO policy that increases with seniority.
