The Converting Production Manager holds one of the most critical leadership positions within the Automated Mailing and Bagging (AM&B) division, overseeing a team of 120+ employees and 3 supervisors in a dynamic 350+ employee facility. This strategic role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Converting production area, ensuring alignment with the company's safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement goals. As a hands-on leader, the Converting Production Manager supports, coaches, and directs team members to drive operational excellence. This role plays a vital part in shaping a safe and efficient work environment through proactive safety practices, employee training, and performance management. With a focus on fostering a culture of accountability and growth, the manager implements and enforces operating procedures that promote high standards and sustainable results.
