JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Operations leads the evolution and execution of our brand across all touchpoints. This role serves as the steward of our brand identity-defining our tone, voice, look, and feel-while ensuring internal alignment and external consistency. Partners closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and drive employee engagement around our brand values. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Marketing experience - 10 Experience partnering with creative ad agencies to develop creative that delivers outstanding results - 10 Experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field - 10 Project management experience - 8 Leadership experience - 7 Experience with brand performance measurement and insights integration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television products and service Preferred Education Master's Degree Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years Cable experience - 5 Experience working with marketing research to plan and execute scientific tests Experience in developing successful customer on-boarding through customer and product education efforts WORKING CONDITIONS Office work environment May require occasional travel MGN800 2025-53186 2025 Here, employees don't just have jobs, they build careers.
