Explore more benefits here: UTI Benefits Responsibilities Your Role and Responsibilities: * Re-entry Process Management: Take direct responsibility for Concorde's re-entry process, aligning outcomes with campus budgets. * Accountability Meetings: Facilitate weekly re-entry accountability meetings at the campus level and provide regular updates towards monthly goals. * System Development: Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate a system to increase student re-entry percentages. * Student Contact: Maintain regular contact with previous students to ensure their return, utilizing phone calls, mailings, email blasts, and phone-a-thons. * External Relationships: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with outside agencies that provide support services to students. * Absent Student Outreach: Make phone calls to absent students to encourage their return. * Withdrawal Coordination: Meet with potential withdrawing students to coordinate re-entry options before withdrawal. * Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Affairs and/or Campus President. * Flexible Schedule: Evening and occasional weekend work may be required to accommodate student and employer needs. Qualifications Your Qualifications: * Educational Background: An associate degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. * Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. * Previous Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or demonstrated ability in these areas required. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS). * Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Student Interaction: Ability to interact effectively with students. * Telephone Skills: Strong telephone communication skills. Pay for this position is between $25-32/hr depending upon education & experience. |
