WUCF TV & FM are Central Florida's public media stations, licensed to the University of Central Florida.
As the area's only PBS-affiliate and jazz station, we work to serve the 16th largest media market in the country.

The Opportunity:

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator manages relationships and provides dedicated customer service to WUCF's partners (agencies, businesses, non-profits). This role drives donor and community engagement through proactive outreach, acknowledgment fulfillment, and related support, including correspondence, account/content research, gift entry, and assistance with WUCF special events. Maintaining strong connections via phone, email, and other platforms is key.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensures timely and professional communication for all donor acknowledgments, effectively resolving inquiries and concerns from both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborates with media production teams to optimize donor acknowledgment processes, identify key trends, and proactively recommend improvements.

  • Cultivates enduring donor and partner relationships through dedicated service and communication (including copywriting), providing essential information to foster engagement and increase station revenue.

  • Efficiently manages and organizes critical documentation (donor agreements, schedules, contact lists, etc.) using industry software, proactively communicating campaign progress and identifying potential opportunities or challenges.

  • Works with Community Impact and Finance to reconcile donor data and maintain accurate weekly revenue reports, ensuring all donor agreements are correctly entered into Podio prior to invoicing.

  • Partners with the Membership Team and ROI Solutions to guarantee the seamless processing and accurate database management of all donor acknowledgment contributions.

  • Contributes to the success of station promotions, outreach, and fundraising efforts through active participation in events, projects, meetings, and training.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.Click here for more information

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, fundraising, or donor relations.

  • Proficiency with donor databases and/or CRM software.

  • Experience managing relationships and communications between internal and external stakeholders, with an understanding of media/community relations.

  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.


The most successful candidates may possess the following qualities:


  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service, and detail-orientation skills.


Special Instructions to the Applicants:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.29 - $22.57. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
