Position Summary:

As the EH&S Manager of our Hermetics business & facilities within our Precision Connections Division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Melbourne and Minneapolis facilities and all aspects of environmental health and safety for Winchester Hermetics. This role involves ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, developing and implementing safety programs, and promoting a strong safety culture. The EH&S Manager will contribute to the success of Winchester Interconnect by upholding our core values of Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience of OSHA regulations and compliance with current Local and State health and safety regulations
• Compliance with company safety policies and procedures focused on the protection, health and safety of employees and visitors
• Experience with managing facilities and electrical background required
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
• Proficiency in using computer software and supporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of Winchester Interconnect's core values (Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment)
• Ability to uphold a strong safety culture
• Safety Committee experience

• Establish Safety guidelines, generate announcements, and other related communication, and educational materials
• Lead Safety Committee
• Experience in facilities and electrical background experience
• Establish KPI's, report on them, and make them visible to the team and other departments
• Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure safety and safety awareness
• Suggest solutions to resolve or address safety issues and concerns from the team
• Have a positive, engaged, and infectious attitude that's easy to work with and aligns with our values
• Continuously seek ways to increase safety awareness and understanding
