The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$68,500.00 - $108,500.00 Purpose: CAD Administrators/Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers resolve issues in a timely manner while also driving to root cause to prevent recurrence, providing daily "care and feeding" for core applications to ensure availability and performance, providing conceptual design expertise to solutions, owning the application life cycle (patching, upgrades, security updates, etc.), and managing relationships with key third party software suppliers. This role will have a specific area of focus on our Engineering Solutions Team supporting the use of Analog, Digital and PCB EDA systems and increase the efficiency of the ECAD toolset.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Manages deployment, sustainment, and improvement of the ECAD tool set, including setup, road mapping, and management of licenses.
  • Vendor management to ensure proper engagement, support, negotiation, and standardization is in place
  • Driving license renewals based on data driven decisions utilizing usage of CAD, Database Management and applicable analysis tools
  • Ensuring our applications are managed from vulnerabilitiesand other cybersecurity risks
  • Managing outages with system admins through beta testing and user testing
  • Supporting end users through ticket triaging and putting error proofing in place when possible

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Associate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of related experience required.

Other Qualifications:

  • Utilizes continuousimprovement processes across cross-functional boundaries & inter tool data transfer.
  • Manages the roll out of new tool releases and the coexistence of multiple tool releases.
  • Directly interface with customers to clearly and concisely communicate technical information.
  • Evaluate and prioritize purchases based on need, ROI, budget constraints, and cost. Prepare documentation, including justifications and forms, for all purchases related to these tools.
  • Documenting support of applications for standardization and consistency
