Westlake Management Services Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an Analyst Principal - HRIS. Worksite: 2801 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 600, Houston, TX 77056. Must put job code (R29124) on resume and on cover.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all phases of the software development life-cycle process for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems with special emphasis on the process of Integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Plan, architect, develop, and execute delivery of assigned HRIS projects.
  • Perform analysis and design activities for projects to be developed.
  • Conduct software package evaluations and work with fellow HRIS Team members and external vendors to implement selected solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plans.
  • Assist in creating user documentation for applications.
  • Work on system sign-off, movement of changes to production, and the daily support of integrations.
  • Meet with project sponsors to assist with documentation of requirements.
  • Perform analysis and design activities for projects.
  • Analyze systems needs and create system models.
  • Analyze data needs and recommend data models or change to data models.
  • Conduct software package evaluations and works with fellow HRIS Team members and/or vendors to implement.
  • Assist with quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plans.
  • Assist in creating user documentation for applications.
  • Coordinate system sign-off, move to production, and support of applications.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum Experience: 60 months of relevant Workday Human Resource System Integration Building experience supporting all phases of the software development life-cycle process for Human Capital Management (HCM) systems with special emphasis on the process of Integrations with internal and external systems.
