POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the supervision of the GSE Manager, performs invoicing, procurement duties, data entry, and overall support to the GSE department including processing administrative work covering company GSE contracts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): 1. Understand contracts under the GSE department to prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner. 2. Ensure all invoices are accurate and researches and resolves any discrepancies. 3. Reviews and creates purchase orders for processing through AP department. 4. Orders, ships, and picks up parts/materials for GSE department. 5. Frequent data entry and management of information into system programs and spreadsheets. May track or create reports as needed. 6. Supports and assists the GSE Manager with various tasks and assignments as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy of application contracts within the department. 7. Work closely with vendors and other departments within the company and at various levels in the organization. 8. Other duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment. * Two year associates degree or equivalent. * Three to five years office experience plus knowledge of computerized systems. * Must have current Hawaii Driver's License and be able to provide a driver's abstract. * Ability to work in detail, good organizational and communication skills. Personal computer skills required. * Ability to write basic reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate verbally with managers, customers, and other employees. * Ability to perform basic mathematic functions, especially as they are applied to invoices and payments. * Basic date entry and computer literacy required, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office, 10 key by touch. * Knowledge of air freight transportation preferred.
