Senior Manager Location:Remote Job ID: #70928 Pay Range: $40-48 The deadline to apply is 05/16/2025 Seeking a highly motivated professional to join as a Senior Manager, Contracts to oversee our Non-Product and Service contracts. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter, experienced in contract negotiations with the ability to successfully implement legal strategy in support of our business interests. We value the ability to communicate with influence stakeholders, and improve department processes through the application of deep knowledge and experience in the contracts function. The position is working in a Remote capacity. Travel will be on an as-needed basis, not to exceed 25%. Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for the drafting, generation, interpretation and management of global and highly complex proposals and contract documents, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives * Coaches and mentors junior professionals and reviews their work to ensure output is of quality and in accordance with business objectives * Advises management and organization of contractual rights and obligations to protect and mitigate the organization's legal and business interests * Manages multiple medium- to large-sized projects * Represents the organization on legal issues concerning contract matters * Provides legal advice on warranty and contract administration * Prepares legal documentation for legal and contract negotiations and relationships * Maintains historical contract database and records Basic Qualifications: * Requires a University Degree and typically a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience * Experience with contract drafting and negotiations * Experience developing negotiation strategies and negotiations Preferred Qualifications: * Juris Doctorate degree or paralegal certificate * Experience with multiple types of service agreements including licensing agreements, data privacy agreements and consulting agreements US Citizen and US Person candidates permitted Benefits provided: 401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
