Position Summary: As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi-site Engineered Cable business. This position collaborates closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and ensure our HR solutions are practical and scalable. A strong presence on the production floor, combined with data-driven insight and a passion for people, makes this role a key player in our growth as a business.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master's Degree Preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Specific experience dealing with a multi-site, multi-state manufacturing organization (CA, Puerto Rico, and Israel)
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws (specifically CA) and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in managing employee performance and driving succession planning initiatives, resulting in stronger talent pipelines, improved leadership readiness, and increased organizational bench strength
  • Experience leading HR compliance efforts for ITAR-regulated environments, minimizing risk, and ensuring 100% audit readiness through rigorous process controls and employee training
  • Experience overseeing and maintaining a comprehensive Drug-Free Workplace Program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while promoting a safe and productive work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
  • Bilingual Preferred, Spanish or Vietnamese
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

  • Monitor, investigate, and educate on compliance issues, leading initiatives that promote a strong, values-driven workplace.

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is 140k - 190k per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
