Position Summary: As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi-site Engineered Cable business. This position collaborates closely with the plant's leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and ensure our HR solutions are practical and scalable. Pay Transparency: Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is 140k - 190k per year, plus incentive compensation.
