* The right fit will have EXCELLENT customer service and interpersonal skills * This individual will be one of 17 individuals on the Service Desk team. This group is a Tier I/II Service Desk so the ability to handle higher level end user questions is important. * Windows OS, Network, Printer, Password Re-Set, Office 365, VPN/connectivity troubleshooting ability are needed - these are the most common issues. * Process oriented individuals work best on this team - Client adheres to ITSM/ITIL practices. Having a good understanding of KPI (definition below) is CRITICAL. A key performance indicator (KPI) is a business metric used to evaluate factors that are crucial to the success of an organization. KPIs differ per organization; business KPIs may be net revenue or a customer loyalty metric, while government might consider unemployment rates. * The culture within the team and at client is very strong - there is very limited attrition because CHS is a great company to work for. There is upward mobility within the company due to the size and growth of the client. * The team had a 96.8 Customer Satisfaction rating from their last end user survey - this is outstanding and a testament to how passionate the team is about taking care of end users. There is a high sense of accountability within the team. * There is a 3 week training period to get familiarized with client' environment. *Skills* Support, Troubleshooting, Service desk, Windows 10, Active directory, Office 365 *Top Skills Details* Support,Troubleshooting,Service desk,Windows 10,Active directory,Office 365 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 1 -2 + years of Phone Support experience * Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 * Network, Printer and VPN Troubleshooting experience is needed * * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
