About the Position:
Epic Physician Staffing is looking for a Vice President of Client Solutions is a strategic executive responsible for steering the overall vision and direction for client services and recruitment across the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for setting the strategic agenda for the recruitment and client services guiding high-level operational and financial strategies and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. The Vice President is responsible for cultivating and managing senior-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving significant business growth, and overseeing the optimization of team performance and client satisfaction on a broader scale.

What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for the Client Solutions department, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance market position and revenue growth.
- Provide executive leadership to senior management teams, including Recruiters and Client Service Managers; foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, coaching, and setting strategic goals.
- Establish and oversee high-level operational frameworks to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with corporate goals. Continuously assess and refine processes to optimize performance and service delivery.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key client executives and decision-makers. Strategically manage and prioritize key client engagements to drive revenue and business expansion.
- Develop and manage strategic financial plans and budgets for the Client Solutions division. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead the development of strategic plans, including financial forecasts and operational objectives. Implement and monitor strategies to achieve growth targets and operational excellence.
- Drive business development initiatives, leveraging market insights to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Partner with marketing and technology teams to enhance market presence and client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, including Credentialing, Finance, and Operations teams, to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure integration and alignment across all functional areas.
- Oversee the development and utilization of data analytics, dashboards, and performance reports to inform strategic decisions and drive business improvements.
- Spearhead initiatives to innovate client service and recruitment processes. Manage change effectively to adapt to evolving market conditions and organizational needs.
What You'll Bring:
- Eight years of experience in staffing and recruiting with demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and strategic initiatives including experience leading and managing teams. Experience in healthcare staffing preferred.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization.
- Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims.
- Grasp the external political, economic, competitive, and social factors affecting the industry.
- Guide and encourage others to accomplish a common goal.
- Create a motivating climate, achieve teamwork, train, and develop, measure work in progress, take corrective action.
- Establish organizational structure and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Work skillfully with politics, procedures, and protocols across organizational levels and boundaries.
- Evaluate immediate actions in context of achieving long range objectives.
