What We're Looking For The Senior Director, Workplace Governance is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational integrity, digital enablement, and strategic execution across Marvell's global Workplace function. This position oversees corporate travel and card services, governs workplace systems architecture and integrations, enforces process controls, leads vendor performance, and delivers enterprise-level KPIs and reporting. The Senior Director also serves as Chief of Staff to the AVP of Global Workplace Solutions, acting as an execution partner and strategic operator for initiatives across real estate, workplace operations, capital projects, EHS, sustainability, and business continuity. This is a high-visibility role with cross-functional reach, ideal for a systems thinker and results-driven leader who can align operations with enterprise strategy and scale solutions globally. Key Competencies
Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 196,100 - 290,270, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
