Job Details

This position maintains and supports activities associated with Marketing activities. This role interacts with associates from numerous internal departments and vendor partners. Program Specialists complete tasks that support MWI Animal Health's overall initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with the development and engagement of marketing, communications, and business intelligence materials.

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal associates to develop, formulate and implement programs for customers and sales associates.
  • Identify the various aspects of programs that impact MWI Animal Health's systems that include but are not limited to qualifying parameters, product lists, customer sets, time frames, program structure and conflicting contractual programs.
  • Implement programs within MWI Animal Health's systems including but not limited to the website and Marketing Activity Database.
  • Collaborate in the production, editing and communication of campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to design advertisements or other marketing materials as needed.
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with other analysts throughout the organization.
  • Identify reporting needs for internal and external customers.
  • Ability to understand how data is stored and represented.
  • Ability to develop and create clear, concise reports that are interpretable by the target audience(s).
  • Report and collect vendor partner payments for various Marketing activities.
  • Understanding of sales organization in order to process SPIFF payroll.
  • Overall understanding and implementation of MWI Animal Health policies and procedures.
  • Actively performs testing on new tools and system platforms.
  • Ability to identify process and/or system gaps and propose solutions.
  • Provides additional support as needed to the Marketing Services Program Supervisor.
  • Performs related duties as assigned

    Minimum Experience and Education:

    Requires broad training in fields such as communications, marketing, and business administration similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent experience. Normally requires two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SQL. Web programming and Tableau experience preferred.

    *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
