The Electrical Engineer II/III, , both report to the Engineering Leader and are responsible for performing routine engineering functions that require the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in executing a sequence of related tasks. Both roles necessitate a moderate level of supervision, with most work being reviewed by a more senior engineer. The key distinctions between the two levels are the degree of supervision required and the extent of interaction with external stakeholders. Engineer 1 requires moderate to high supervision and has limited contact with customers and suppliers. In contrast, Engineer 2 requires moderate supervision and may engage in project-specific relationship building with customers, suppliers, and other external organizations. What you will be doing...
