Staffmark is hiring a new Assembler for a global leader in logistics process automation located in White, GA. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-driven, and ready to work hands-on with innovative warehouse and airport logistics systems, this could be your next great opportunity!

Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.50/hr (pay adjusted based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4-day workweek!)

Shift Options: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

Position Summary

This role is ideal for someone with mechanical or assembly experience who is eager to grow within a stable, forward-thinking company. You'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and fine-tuning complex equipment using blueprints, instructions, and specs-making a real impact on cutting-edge automation solutions used worldwide.

Job Duties Include:

• Assemble mechanical components and drive-line systems from blueprints and specifications
• Retrieve and organize parts, determine assembly sequence, and conduct equipment testing
• Use hand and power tools to fit, install, and adjust subassemblies
• Read work cards, follow checklists, and accurately document tasks
• Safely lift and move items over 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Collaborate with your team and follow all safety and OSHA guidelines

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1+ years of mechanic or assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow blueprints
• Comfortable using power hand tools
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
