Talent Intelligence Operations and Insights Manager (Contingent Assignment) About the Job. As the Talent Intelligence Operations and Insights Manager within our Global Talent Intelligence Enablement & Enterprise Engagement team, you'll play a central role in empowering our team through seamless operations, smart data practices, and meaningful insights. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy-supporting our Talent Strategy Advisor team and broader Enterprise Marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Country Marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, reliable reporting systems, and actionable insights that help shape strategic decisions. We're looking for someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing tools and infrastructure, and enjoys translating complexity into clarity. Responsibilities.
