Come join GSK as a Strategic Project Associate, where you will have the opportunity to provide organizational and strategic support to the Head of R&D Quality and Risk Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine project management skills and AI/ML tools and automation technology expertise while immersed in a drug development setting.

As a Strategic Project Associate you will:

* Assist in translating vision and strategy into clear structured communication and presentation

* Research, compile and synthesize information from multiple sources to support decision making

* Design visual materials (slides, infographics, reports) that effectively communicate complex ideas

* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track progress on key projects

* Support strategic planning sessions by preparing background materials and summarizing decisions

* Draft executive-level emails, reports, and talking points

* Create engaging content for leadership updates, town halls, and stakeholder presentations

* Support internal and external engagement by managing speaking engagements, events, and key relationships

* Utilize AI/ML tools to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enhance data analysis

* Stay informed about emerging technology and their potential application in the role

* Act as a liaison between Head QuRE and internal/external stakeholders

* Ensure follow ups and action items from meetings are tracked and completed

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years experience with AI/ML tools and automation technology (ChatGPT, Power BI, NotionAI or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools (Miro, Notions, Teams)
  • 1+ years experience developing, summarizing and presenting complex content/presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling
  • The ability to synthesize complex content, visualize it, and create visually appealing formats/content and compelling messages.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
  • An interest in drug development and the pharmaceutical industry
