Job Summary
The NetApp products innovate not only in firmware and software development, but also in hardware and system design. To maintain this leading edge in hardware design, we need to release and certify products into the market and adhere to international and industry standards. As a Drive Qualification Engineer, you will work as part of a team responsible for all phases of drive qualification and release. As part of the drive team, the overall focus of the group is on timely and accurate testing and certification of the NetApp storage products. This position is responsible for engaging with external and internal resources, debugging issues with software resources and driving the execution of drive certification and testing. This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, a quick learner and driven to produce results. Essential Functions:
