About the team:

The Operations Manager role will support two critical lines of business within Automated Finance, Integrated Payables and BillerIQ. The duties of this position include: incident management, product operations direction for new and enhanced products, managing the environment with feedback and collaboration of companion groups such as infrastructure, engineering and product and oversight of production processing such as API stability, file processing, UI and exception handling. This position works closely with internal stakeholder groups and clients to ensure operations efficiently and effectively meet our clients needs. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at managing and creating procedures, identifying and executing upon operational improvements with excellent communication skills appropriate from peer through C-suite connections.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead both production and product operations across our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable product lines. This role will ensure production processing meets SLAs, ideation on automation, implement process and procedure improvements, and client satisfaction in all areas of operations.

What you will be doing:

* Manages the processing environment to protect production systems critical to the success of the business.
* Delivers an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets.
* Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for processing operations.
* Selects, trains, develops and leads an efficient and effective processing team.
* Identifies and recommends cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area.
* Ensures all backup and recovery and disaster recovery processes will meet or exceed business requirements.
* Develops and implements team standards and procedures that support departmental standards and procedures.
* Develops and executes project plans, budgets and schedules for documentation of work and results.
* Develops, manages and forecasts the budgets for the relevant cost centers.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in managing a diverse team to deliver operational excellence.
* Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable
platforms and technology stakes.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
