General Manager - Corporate Dining Operations Lead Multi-Unit Excellence in a Fast-Paced, Client-Focused Environment Are you a strategic, people-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? Join us as a General Manager overseeing multiple corporate dining locations. In this influential role, you'll be the key driver of exceptional client service, team performance, and financial success across a portfolio of workplace dining operations. What You'll Do: Own the Operation - Lead the day-to-day management of multiple dining service departments across corporate campuses, ensuring top-tier service, culinary quality, and seamless execution. Drive Business Results - Oversee all financial aspects, including forecasting, budget planning, and P&L accountability; identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence. Lead & Inspire - Build and mentor high-performing teams. Set clear goals, recognize achievements, and foster a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Client Engagement - Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored foodservice solutions that meet evolving business needs. Ensure Compliance & Quality - Conduct audits and enforce compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards across all sites. Champion Innovation - Bring fresh thinking to workplace dining. Leverage trends in sustainability, wellness, and employee experience to enhance offerings and engagement. Job Summary What You Bring: Experience: 5+ years in multi-unit foodservice or hospitality management-preferably within a corporate or contract dining setting Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, coach managers, and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, and P&L management Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels-from front-line staff to senior executives Industry Knowledge: Familiar with food trends, workplace dining innovations, sustainability practices, and compliance standards Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Foodservice Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with cash retail operations and marketing strategies Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific financial or operations software Apply to Eurest today!
