Supports website development for new sites, including web navigation structure, page layout and integration. Oversees online listings management for providers and facilities. Conducts website maintenance and quality assurance monitoring. Facilitates web content management strategy including on-page search engine optimization and performance monitoring. Works closely with other team members on web-related project tasks. Supports external communication strategies and best practices to achieve organizational priorities. Assists Digital Engagement Services team with other duties as necessary.
Essential Functions

Supports the development of and publishes web content that conveys brand and business information to a broad audience. Ensures web content is rich, timely, complies with the organization's style guidelines, and meets key target audience needs. Assists the Digital Services team with the strategic use of web services and content to further organizational objectives. Seeks out and implements new content strategies that bring value to Prisma Health. Works with Digital Services manager to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives. Facilitates the integration of third-party business applications (i.e., bill pay, Find a Physician, online scheduling, online ratings, etc.) and apps (wayfinding.) Conducts website maintenance and quality assurance (i.e., broken links, page load time, etc.). Oversees online listings management for physicians, providers and facilities to ensure up-to-date contact and navigation information for consumers. Complies with SEO standards and understands web search behavior and consumer usage trends to implement effective page design and maximize search engine rankings. Facilitates the development and integration of web landing pages supporting targeted social media, CRM and digital marketing campaigns for specific patient populations. Complies with established approval processes, acceptable use guidelines, security measures, etc., to facilitate the publication of web content. Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
Minimum Education
Education - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or related field of study. Experience - Seven (7) years minimum in web content management/web development or related field. Experience with content management systems, HTML and Photoshop Health care experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, meet strict deadlines and follow editorial guidelines
