*Description*
This position is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners and Centers of Expertise, and other team members to bring highly qualified, diverse talent into the organization. In addition to full-cycle recruiting work, this role may also participate in various projects and efforts to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and strategy. Responsibilities/Expectations: Carries out all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Occasionally participates in projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities Discusses relevant metrics and trends with HR business partners and business leaders Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Education/Years of Experience: Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum two (2) years' related experience, including prior recruiting experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; minimum three (3) years' related experience Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organization/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Ability to build relationships and effectively partner with leaders and HR colleagues at various levels throughout the organization Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers Preferred: Experience with Workday recruiting Preferred: Extensive knowledge of HR functions *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
