Description
Position Summary: The HR Service Desk (HRSD) Specialist provides initial HR support and guidance to GESMN employees through the HR Service Desk - a centralized function designed to be a single point of entry for HR support. While providing high-level customer service, the HRSD Specialist triages incoming inquiries, works to resolve issues whenever possible, and escalates unresolved questions and concerns to an HR subject matter expert as needed. Additionally, this role contributes to the overall employee experience by providing high-touch onboarding support to hiring managers across the organization.
