The Recruiting Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the recruiting team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role focuses on coordinating interviews, managing communications, and assisting with recruiting activities across the organization.

Somethings you can expect to do:

Recruiting Support

  • Schedule phone screens, interviews, and meetings for candidates and hiring teams
  • Confirm interview logistics with candidates and follow up on details as needed
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interview agendas and assist with travel and expense logistics
  • Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with posting open roles to internal and external job boards

Campus & Early Career Support

  • Help coordinate logistics for career fairs and campus recruiting events (e.g., room bookings, meals, shipping materials)
  • Prepare and organize promotional materials and event supplies
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist in reporting on event outcomes
  • Support updates to intern onboarding materials and other program documents

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with Outlook, Teams, and other scheduling tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Eligibility:

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The base rate is $24.46 - 26.44 per hour. The rate is based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
