The Executive Assistant and Project Manager performs a wide range of duties under the supervision of the Senior VPs. The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support and project facilitation to achieve agency goals and objectives. Through this high-level supportive role, you will provide direct assistance to the Vice President of Patient Access who oversees several departments at Family Health Centers of San Diego. This includes the call center, referrals, patient engagement, enrollment, health information management and the patient portal. With the ever-changing nature of healthcare, the executive assistant must be adaptable, organized, and eager to participate in helping the Patient Access leadership leverage new technology, improve internal processes, and ultimately improve healthcare accessibility to the patients whom we are serving. Requirements
Driving Requirement:In this role, it may be needed to travel to other worksites for meetings, events, or other dutues. Fittingly this position requires an active Class C California driver's license, proof of liability insurance at $100,000, on vehicle used. No more than 2 points in past 12 months; No suspensions in last 2 years for moving violations; No DUI, reckless or felony Driving within 5 years. No license revocation in 7 years. Rewards:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits. 68,640.00 - 81,639.99If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
